    Uhhh, yes it is. It says they’re SATA II on the website. Even if it wasn’t, it would still work with any SATA drive. All SATA products are forwards and backwards compatible to my knowledge.

    All SATA or any type of storage device requires a proper driver to work with the operating system.

    Sonnet has stated that they still do not have driver for their SATA card line for the MacPro.

    That looks like a winner. I’ve got an question… how do hook up more than two drives? I’ve got 2 (2bay) enclosures that have 4 cables.

    Ahhh, I misunderstood the post. It sounded like he thought Sonnet cards didn’t support disk drives that are SATA II.

    I’m sure Mac Pro drivers will be available shortly.

    They have 4 port versions of the SATA card.

    I did check, but the 4 port version is not compatible with the new Apple Pro yet.

    They should have an updated driver for Macpro ready next week
