For reasons why I’m not sure, but for CS6 they stopped including the library in CS6 installs….
????
Anyway there used to be a link where you could download the library separately….
Make sure you put it in right place (As said by someone who then put it in wrong place!! :)! )

This is my personal observation… I’d rather put $$$ in a color analyzer that supports your display, than a $$$ monitor….
Unless your monitor has lost it’s backlight…..

You buy a god sensor and software, you can ‘fix’ a monitor with bad tracking…..

Yes…. both of those suggestions are (Actually) Better than my idea…. Mainly because I could then upgrade to a better version of SMPTE 219 bars….
Now I need to make a white flag with a ramp up from 235/235/235 to 255/255/255 followed by a ramp back down to 235/235/235, and overlay it on my 16×9 SMPTE 219 Bars of choice…. then export it… and let PPRO do the aspect ratio and default configuration with the first clip placed on timeline!

Let me then ask this….. Within CS6…. Is the ‘color bar file’ — one that could be edited to add a “whiter than white” peak that I’m looking for? If you could point me at the file, I might then play with it offline (after making a copy of it) and then when I get what I want, I’d then post my results here????

I kind of created something…. Box of Background Color, but Background Color keeps defaulting back to 235…. So I ‘Brightness and Contrast’ it up to 255 (Well, 254, 255 is reserved for sync ☺! )
