That’s a shame….. But I guess that’s what happens when you rent someone else’s product, put your name on it, and then tell everyone it’s yours, when it’s not……. And then you lose your license!!!

The only reason why I’ve not lost my install updates is I made BACKUPS…. and Cloned the Boot Drives that did work….

That also goes for the other CS6 programs I’m licensed to use, and am not updating from!

    That is such a shame…..

I guess Adobe doesn’t care about negative publicity that they will get from people that spent good money for a program, and when push comes to shove, when the people need access to updates, they get the cold shoulder, as if they had not spent any money at all….

That’s why I left the Beta Program at the beginning of CS7, which became CC, as I could see that the end user was being ignored….

If I remember correctly, at the time of CS6 release not all the cards that would work with CS6 were on the “accepted” list. That’s how adding the card to the list came about in the first place.
I, too, am still on CS6, and one system has an “accepted” Cuda Display Card.
My laptop’s embedded NVidia Display is not on the list.
I edited that display card into that list to get it operational, though I didn’t have much hope that it would work reliably.
    I have been pleasantly surprised!!
I see no difference between the ‘Authorized’ Card or my laptop ‘edited into’
System faith regards to Cuda Processing.

    Take this as you want.

You would appear to have multiple audio issues…. Look into someone locally examining the system….

Just following up on your issue…..
If you can’t get it, if you can contact me off line, maybe with me sitting at my system and you at yours, we can find a solution….
I guarantee you it works fine here….

  • I have encountered menus in Encore that for reason’s I have not been able to troubleshoot to a “WHY” level — Just don’t work right….

What I’ve done in past is DELETE that menu and start over…..

I’ve been saving menus in a separate folder, which, when I start a new DVD or BR, I copy to that menu to directory where my assets are saved, and then change that menu to fit the session I’m working on….. and then proceed from there….

Let a week or so go by then chased down this thread…. to see if I could help any further…..

It appears that this is low priority…. If you paid someone to build this for you, and it doesn’t work…. and you wait years before posting at a user’s site…… Well the writing is on the wall….

I can only answer for my CS6 and MX02 systems…. I’ve got 2… One on Edit system with PPRO CS6, and one on an old Dell Inspiron 1720 as a remote capture system…. BOTH of which are working flawlessly…

Good luck getting it to work correctly now….

    PS to this….

Other than DV capture in PPRO. You know you should use Matrox Capture
Software and set it for 24 bit audio capture, right??

I was hoping you’d respond by now. 2013 is a long way away.
What version PPRO CS6 are you using?
What version Matrox drivers are you using?
Have you contacted Matrox to see if there is an update? (At least to download it and have it available?)..

The only connection I have with computer is the
Data connection. That’s all you need. Everything else is I/O..
My guess is something was not installed correctly from day one,
You should see audio and video hardware interconnects via PPRO.

MATROX MX02 here is battleship solid on CS6.05

I certainly hope you have updated your Matrox software since 2013.
I’m using a MX02, not mini, but I guarantee you it is 100% solid in operation with CS6!
    Again—MX02 here, but since CS6 (you use 6.05, right?) there has been 2 MX02 updates V7 & V8 from Matrox for CS6.

Now a caution: Do not download last version of Matrox drivers: Just Specific version for Premiere CS6! There are specific versions for Final Cut, Avid, etc.
Loading Wrong version of Matrox drivers will guarantee it will not work. If necessary, call Matrox to find out what is latest version for Premiere CS6.
