I’ve encountered Media Browse issues where it would not point to consumer camcorder files via browse, but would through import, or browse where I manually pointed to one the files.
It was one of those pocket consumer camcorder cameras… and I had copied the entire directory structure of the card.

If you encounter this, try manually pointing to the one files via Browse, and then see if it has ‘learned’ the path the next time you need it from that type of media.

I encountered something like that once years ago…

Ended up being a firmware upgrade that was needed in the player….

Can’t speak about CC, but CS6 is solid here, and I use it on Desktop/w Cuda & Laptop/WO Cuda

I got a good deal on an 120Gb SSD and I point the Cache and Cache Database on it…

And it made a big difference here…
