  • Sorry – misunderstood the question.

I’m a long time out of OS9. I would suggest looking in the OS default documents folder but other than that I’m all out.

Next time do a ‘save as’ to a nominated location such as the desktop.

  • Apart from the project file itself – all other resources will be as per the original.

I.e. The copy project will refer to the same capture scratch footage etc as the original project. Only a new project has naming rights over resources folders.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hi,

The Z1 HDV camcorder has feature which enables the User Bits to be rolling TOD which I thought was great as I needed a TOD reference on this doco footage. I don’t know about other cameras, it’s just something I found in the menu whilst playing with my new toy on location and thought “hey, great that’ll be really useful”

When I playback the footage in the camera I can flick between the TC and the UB and the UB shows the time of the day that was recorded. So it is there – just how to extract it.

Hey, I appreciate all the input on this one. I hope others learn from it and developers take note!

Note to Cow Admins – would be nice to be able to go in and edit our typos like we can on IMDB.

Yeah, I know “Learn to type!”

    Thanx!

  • Upgrading to FCP 5 (I upgraded to FCP Studio) will “Pro” your QT 7 in the process.

If you are going to take it in to DVDSP then you can trim the frame off in there although it will probably trim a few more frames with it.
