First of all, you would never want to use 6 vector HUE to fix the color temperature of the shot. This shows basic lack of understanding the theory of color grading.
Second, 6 vectors are there, they just not available, unless one decides to spend $30k for BM panel. This was already covered by Peter.
The list of missing features is long and puzzling. I like the Resolve’s engineering foundation, speed, low price and simplicity, but paucity of most basic tools for color grading prevents me from using Resolve for grading. At least for me, it is very much work in progress, that hopefully some day will hit it’s stride. I just hope, that by then, it will not be too late…

You can’t provide support by Wiki. General info is one thing, support, when your session is down, is another. BM needs to get their act together and provide an engineer, that is intimately familiar with the product or at least, someone, that could contact the engineering team at BM for answers. Otherwise, it’s blind leading the blind…

If you do that, you’ll end up with to EDLs and you don’t want this. Generic is the way to go.

I tend to think, that there is no problem with the hardware. The same Wave, that is absolutely abysmal with Resolve, works perfectly fine with Scratch. And, yes, that is applicable to the jog wheel as well. Draw your own conclusions…

Boy, this “only on dedicated BM panel” business is really getting old. I personally really start to get ticked off of not being able to do a LOT of functions, unless I spend $30k to go with my $1k software.

Yes, it would be great, if CP100 was supported and no, it will not be supported, according to Tangent. BM has nothing to do with it…

On first question, just toggle on keyboard keys “W” and “Q”. Nuff said…
On second, I do not know. Never had a need for it, but I’m sure it can be done…

Check out Scratch. It does that with ease…
