Tangent CP100
Posted by Henry Santos on October 18, 2010 at 10:01 pmIt would be great if the Tangent CP100 would be supported on the Resolve? Hope both companies get this to work in the near future.

October 19, 2010 at 4:09 pmThat sucks because The Wave is a more of a toy than a tool and $29K on a Resolve panel is too much. The Wave layout is a major problem. The ring knobs are a flimsy joke, the reset button are in the wrong position, the encoders are too further away from the main controls. I have tried very hard to like and use this panel but it is not up to the part.
Tangent should make the CP200 to work with Resolve. I much rather spend $5K on a section panel that works than $1.5K on one that it just adds bling to the suite but no real-work functionality.

December 15, 2010 at 2:03 amI agree. I really hope that Tangent will add support for the CP100. It is a great board and would be a great fit with the Resolve. I need more than the Wave.. but can’t afford the Blackmagic panel right now.
Tangent… come through for us!
