December 15, 2011 at 3:17 pm in reply to: Strange flikkering and render mistakes using Star Generator in BCC 7Hi Peter, Thanks for the quick responses!! I believe I just found the problem. I had ‘multiple layers’ on with the move type ‘forward’. When I unchecked the mutiple layers box en put the move type back to ‘side’, the problem had gone. Before all this, AE had crashed when I put the move type to ‘forward’ without checking the mutiple layers box. Is this somehow meaningful?

December 15, 2011 at 2:21 pm in reply to: Strange flikkering and render mistakes using Star Generator in BCC 7I am actually working in After Effects. Sorry that I didn’t mention that. It is somethinh I believe I have noticed before. Every so many seconds a part of the picture is blank for a couple of frames. The things that should have been there just don’t show up. Couple of frames later the picture is complete again.

I think I know hat the problem is. I had the same. It’s very simple: don’t double click the file you downloaded! Just tranfer it to your SD card.

November 10, 2011 at 1:16 pm in reply to: After Effects > Premiere Pro Playback QuestionIf you want to render the work area in a low resolution in PP, you can do that in the following way: under the program monitor on the far right side you see this icon with three balls. When you click on that you get a drop down menu. Go to playback resolution and put it on for example 1/4. When you do that your timeline including your AE comp. will be rendered in lowres. Now you don’t have to render in AE before going to PP.

Hi Peter,
This is strange; I went to the Boris website, but I could only find the 7.0.6 update; no 7.0.7!
I’m using the extruded spline filter and there is no polygon count in that filter as far as I can see now.Kool En De Anderen

Hi Jeremy,
Yes, that works. I have done that a couple of times now as I said in my original post. But it’s a little annoying to have to quit AE every time. Do you have another solution? Regards, ItamarKool En De Anderen

August 10, 2011 at 3:10 pm in reply to: is there a Premiere equivalent to the V and U keys and their usage in FCPLearning all the time… I already thought that the up and down arrow didn’t work, but now I see that I have to target the track. Thanks again
