If you want to have movement and keep everything in the same relative position, use the method I suggested using parented motion.

Never mind. The parent track method would make the change all at the same time and the sizes would be relative, so Edward’s suggestion would work better to make them all line up from whatever positon they are.
But here’s the question for you:
If all your tracks move to the same size and position, in the end, you would only see the one on top, right?Gary Kleiner

The picons that make up the filmstrip representation on the timeline are for a loose reference and change depending on how much you are zoomed in or out. They are not necessesarily a direct reference to each of the frames that the video is comprised of.

When you capture dv, it is a direct transfer just like copying a file from one place to another on your computer, so no changes are made one way or the other.
