PPro CS6 doesn´t have proxy workflow like in AE, you´ll need to make lower def. versions of the clips using Prelude or Adobe Media Encoder, make your multicam edit in PPro with them, when finished unlink clips in proyect pannel and after all relink them to the high def ones. For this method to work fine save all the low def. clips in different folder but maintaining same file name than original ones.

You could try two alternate ways to import AE comps:
1- Just import in PPro the AE proyect (File->Import) and select the compos you want from this AE proyect
2- Open AE and drag and drop the compos from AE Proyect pannel to PPRo Proyect pannel.
If nothing of this works, then you could have an install problem.

Autosave folder isn´t created until you first manually save the proyect and the configured time for autosave have passed.

This is a job for the AE 3D Camera Track, in Premiere you´ll never get same results.

CS3 has not the feature for creating new sequence dragging and dropping a clip in the new item button, it came with CS5. So take a look at your footage with Mediainfo (https://mediainfo.sourceforge.net), and set a sequence manually fitting this footage settings of format, codec, resolution, frame rate, etc…. If you have no preset for this, just create one in the Adjust tab of the New Sequence window.

Go a step back in the history pannel, before you replaced this clips with the AE comp. Next time, duplicate the sequence before dynamic linking clips from PPro to AE to preserve the original sequence with individual clips on it. To recover your AE comp, i´ll save the AE proyect with other name, and just drag and drop it from AE proyect pannel to PPro proyect pannel to use it as a simple clip.

You can only sort by name, date, etc.. in list view, where you can also see thumbnails and change its size in the Proyect pannel control menu.

You can copy only the effect you want from one clip within the effects control pannel, select all the clips you want it to be pasted and paste it.
Also, if you want to color correct the whole sequence you can nest it into a new sequence and color correct this one.

Send your PPro sequence to Encore DVD through Dynamic Link and it´ll make the dvd structure, burning the video in a Video_TS and Audio_TS folders.
Other way is exporting the sequence with Adobe Media Encoder with the Mpeg2 DVD preset, set the quality to max. and bitrate to 7 mbps max.
If you choose DVD multiplex it will generate an .mpg file with audio and video included in one file, if you don´t choose DVD multiplex then you´ll have an audio file (mpg or PCM depending on the audio settings) and a video file (m2v) separated, which you´ll need to join in Encore or any other authoring program. Both ways will work fine, but in both of them you´ll always need to load the files in a DVD authoring program in order to burn a DVD with the standard Video_TS and Audio_TS folders.

I think this is a work for After Effects. You can easily rotoscope all the talking heads with the rotobrush, adjust all sizes and position and add a background for all. Having it as a PPro sequence you can send it to AE with dynamic link, and when going back to PPro you´ll have the sequence updated with all the changes made.
