I had a timeline with 6 clips on it and replaced all the clips with an after effects composition. Now the timeline shows everything as one clip. Is there a way to see the individual clips again in premiere pro?

Go a step back in the history pannel, before you replaced this clips with the AE comp. Next time, duplicate the sequence before dynamic linking clips from PPro to AE to preserve the original sequence with individual clips on it. To recover your AE comp, i´ll save the AE proyect with other name, and just drag and drop it from AE proyect pannel to PPro proyect pannel to use it as a simple clip.

Once you use the DynamicLink with replace with AE clips, all the editing of those clips will be done in AE and you can view them in the AE timeline. That is how Dynamic link works.

Its a one way process unfortunately, its best not to use that technique until you have to, or import a dummy file and replace that with the comp, then switch out your placeholder video file with the comp as needed.
