    Hi…

If you’re in low light, and can not use external lighting, you’ll have to use a high ISO. I try to avoid that, but it’s up to you. With low light, I try to stay with f1.4 to f2.0 and that means primes… I know, that can be a pain, but if you’re not run and gun primes are a good thing.

    Happy Hunting!

    Hi Daniel…

You pretty much confirmed what I was expecting. I have the Zoom H1 actually. I was hoping to eliminate extra work in post, that’s why I picked up the Rode… so much for that.

    Thanks Man!!!

    Hi…

I did a test scaling up and down. Scaling down definitely looked better. I will say this, when scaling up, the image did loose sharpness, but not as much as I expected. I love my 7D and 60D for that reason… you have more freedom with composition and movement when you can resize.

    Thanks Brent!!!

    Hey Jason…

Now that I’m don panicking I’m doing a test at 1280 x 720 to see how the final dvd will look. It’s such a small amount of footage too… BLEEP

    Thanks Man!!

Yes, Thunderbolt….I was reading about that today actually. I do have a FireWire 800 port on my iMac. I have a couple back to back events coming up… looks like I’ll be doing some downloading during the first event, or not getting much sleep between… or if I find $500 I can get more cards 🙂
