If they have a budget, then you work with that. Otherwise, you can charge them an hourly rate for production and editing.

June 23, 2011 at 3:52 pmReal Estate video has been discussed a number of times on the COW, so you might want to do a search. As I recall, the general consensus was that for high-end (million dollar+) real estate, it could be profitable. As always, you just figure out how long it will take you and multiply by your rate.
