Hi Bruce
This is REALLY rough. 2 minutes worth of work using Track Motion.
Does it look anything remotely close to what you are looking for ? Or am I way off base.
Maybe you can also use this: https://www.routegenerator.net/

Hi Bruce
Do you have a link to some sort of existing visual that would better describe what you want to achieve ?
It would greatly help to understand your vision.
Cheers !

Hi Andrew
First off, as Graham mentioned in his 4th comment, lighting is everything. Especially for Green (or Blue) screening.
However, when I am faced with this predicament, I usually ”cheat”.
By that I mean ”change” the green background to make as even as possible by using Color Correction (Secondary)
There are a bunch of tutorial out there explaining how to make it happen. Graham posted one a while back. Not exactly what you need to do but it teaches you how the process works and from there know how to make it happen.

My money is on your IPhone outputing a variable frame rate video file. A free software like Handbrake will help you get a fixed frame rate file. Vegas doesn’t like variable frame rate files.

It must have had something to do with what you used in order to download from Youtube.

Un-group the video and the audio tracks (CTL-U). Move your video track to the right by 1 second to give you some play. Now move your audio track (left or right) until you get a acceptable match. Zooming in on audio track your track will help you get more fine tuning.
Once done, regroup your tracks (CTL-G), trim excess at both ends and (if you so desire) render the track so it stays matched.
Cheers !

Hi Diego
Need a little more info here. When you say you shot a time lapse with your camera, was it a video camera set to capture at regular preset intervals or did you use a ”regular” photo camera that took a separate picture at regular interval ?
I’m guessing that you want an accelerated final result.
What type of file(s) did you end up with ?
Cheers !
