Still, it would be nice to see that Mediainfo just so we can cover all the bases and have as much details as possible. If you could, include your computer specs (as detailed as possible) and what software is on the drive.

I’m asking because sometimes the root of the problem may be something innocuous.

MP4 is only a container. What’s inside will vary depending on the source that created it.

Did you verify that your computer meets the minimum requirements for the plugin ? I do believe that it is very CPU intensive.

I would start by making sure your rig is up to snuf.

Notice that as you change the numbers in the Still Image Length box, to the right of that box it will let you know how many frames the picture duration will be. Just set accordingly.

I found that VEGAS PRO16 will read h265 yuv420 at 8 bits, and some h265 at 10 bits provided that it’s in an .MOV container. I now record everything with my Blackmagic HyperDeck Studio Mini (on top of the native .MXF file now used for safety backup purposes)

Would that put you on the path of solving your problem ? Let us know want happens.

You will have to import your PPT as a series of images. Copy and paste this Powerpoint Image Exporter in your search engine and you will find a lot of info on How To. From there you can import you .PNG (preferably) and edit away.

Or you can save your PPT as a video providing that you have PPT 2010 and up. Here’s a link on How To
