    Compressor cant do it. You can download Perian (perian.org) and get that free plugin, a restart of your computer should mean that when you reload final cut after restart, you will see FLV in the drop down menu in Quicktime Conversion. If that does not work Visual Hub is cool, out put a file from Final Cut (if your going to flash an H264 file usually does me, amend the kbps to fit

    Shift + S turns it on doing it again will turn off scrubbing.

    Place playhead over the frame you want as a still in your timeline. Then file>export>quicktime conversion>select still image from the drop down menu>options then play around in there, .tiff is the best as far as im aware. In the tiff option there is an other option not to compress, thats as good as it gets I think.

    it is the same thing basically, like when you use the arrow keys to jump frames you can hear the audio as well yea? If so that is shift+s enables and do the same again disables

    Er….It sounds like your project file is corrupted. If you still have auto save for that project you could launch one of those. Ive never used the auto save files but apparently you can do it, then you just resave. If you dont…you may have to start again, unless someone can correct me on this?

    It depends how you exported out of LT, i dont use it very often but when i do i use best quality animation.
