That version is now 14 years old. I doubt you’ll find a place to purchase it today. You might consider looking at VEGAS Pro 18 by Magix, though.

Under Options – Preferences – Display, make sure none of the available “Track Colors” are very light colors? White and yellow are not even options by default for track colors.

Change the “playback rate” on the clip.

What I would do is just pull the Video_TS folders from the three discs onto the hard drive. Then pull the main .IFO file to the timeline. Do that for all three folders and then you can render out however you want.

Are you capturing DV or HDV? How is your V16 set? Did it ask? Or do you need to go into the preferences and change it? Vegas 16 used the “external” capture for DV and the “internal” capture for HDV.

If you change speed using the “Playback Rate” (or a CTRL-Resize), it will change both video and audio the same. As long as you don’t need to “ramp” the speed change, that will let you easily keep the audio and video at the same speed.

Grazie, that’s for notifications. I want the POSTS to show a difference if I’ve read it vs if I haven’t. Here’s what I mean – the “read” ones should be a different color of the “not read” ones. And a “read” one should change back to “not read” if a new response is added. I do like that everything under one title is all in the same post now instead of every reply being a different entry in the forum list.

    Grazie, I guess I’m blind…. I don’t see the filter.

Tim, we need a way to differentiate between posts we’ve read and posts we have not read. Right now, they’re all the same color. If we’ve read it, it should be a different color. It would change back if someone else replies to that post after we’ve read it so we’d know to look again for new responses (or even a “open to new post) option).

Apparently that answer is no for real time. The cursor in the effect box does not follow along when playing the timeline. You’ll need to pause the timeline, make the changes, and then restart the timeline. You could place markers in real time and then go back and adjust at the markers. Using scripting, you might be able to do it in real time.
