Can I combine DVDs?
I used to be a part time producer, but retired 3-4 years ago, and now I am really rusty. A friend of mine gave me three very small home video DVDs, and wants me to combine them into one DVD. I have Vegas Pro 12. Is this possible? If it is, can someone guide me with some specific directions?

What I would do is just pull the Video_TS folders from the three discs onto the hard drive. Then pull the main .IFO file to the timeline. Do that for all three folders and then you can render out however you want.

Edward, your suggestion is working very well. Also, just curious if you are still updating Excalibur. I used it often when I was doing my weddings. It was so helpful.

Thanks, Steve. I was just curious. Excalibur helped me very much when I was editing weddings, etc. I have retired now. I am grateful to you for your help and all the pros on this forum. It got me through some challenging times. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!

Excalibur will work from versions 8 – 18 (depending on the version installed). The newest version is for versions 14 – 18 of Vegas. The newest version is version 6. You can see the current information on my website.
