.cube LUTs must go in the /LUT/Cinespace folder to be seen in the Resolve app.

.dat LUTs must go in the /LUT/Arri folder to be seen in the Resolve app.

The CUDA driver is a totally separate thing from the card driver. You need to download and install the card driver. You can find it here:

This is only for Snow Leopard. Lion has the proper driver built in.

We were recently made aware of Resolve apparently behaving differently in the way it reads packed and unpacked Phantom Cine files. We are looking into it.

This is the link to the download page. You need to download and install the 256.02.25f01 driver at this page. This is not the same as the CUDA driver, of which 4.0.19 is what we currently recommend you use. You need BOTH of these installed.

There is an issue with Red 5KANA files and Red Rocket cards in Resolve 8.1. This will be fixed in the next release. If you remove the Red Rocket card(s), it will work for now in 8.1.

You need to go to the Nvidia Drivers Download web site, and download and install the 4000 driver for OS X 10.6.8, which will be the 256.02.25f01 driver (the last time I checked).

Also make sure you have the Aux Power connector connected to the 4000 card. Lacking that will also cause the card to not be recognized.

Your render frame rate options are determined based on the setting of the “Timecode Conform Options” “Timecode calculated as:” frame rate, on the Config page Project tab. You MUST set this setting correctly before starting a project, as it can not be changed after the fact. Based on what you see, it sounds like this setting is at 24, and needs to be 25.
