I had this happen to me before, and a few others here as well since I remember this popping up on the forum. Check that your settings under your audio preferences haven’t changed. Also go to your Windows audio settings. Sometimes an update will change what your default audio device is. With me, it switched from my speakers to a 5.1 audio system I don’t even have, hence no sound.
If that doesn’t work someone who had the problem but is a bit more technical (and not as Alzheimered as I am) will pop up to help.

Most of the time that people complain about how slow Neat Video is in rendering, the usual response is to apply Neat Video first, render out the clips, go make a meatball sandwich and watch a movie, and THEN do your thing on the rendered clips.

Yes, under edit>preferences>general you can change the Video Transition Default Duration. You can also set it for audio as well. In seconds as well as frames (i.e. 1 second or 24 frames)

Looks to me like a kind of “lens flare”. The light on the chair is bright enough that it causes a flare effect onto the judge’s robe.

Well, I already did the system restore before I read your response, which worked, but does trashing preferences really delete an update?

PPro just updated this morning. However, it still says CC 2015.4, the Welcome screen featured an ad when I restarted it, and now it won’t start at all. I click on the desktop icon and nothing happens. Guess I’ll have to do a system restore. Thanks again, Adobe!

In my own experience Primatte Keyer is clunky, slow and sloppy in PPro, but in AE it’s like I’m on a z840 workstation. I don’t understand how you get the opposite results. Keylight in AE also works much better than Ultra Key in PPro.

Did you try saving your changes before closing PPro? Just kidding! I just wanted to reaffirm what I said in the post I just put up, that PPro seems to behave in different weird ways on different people’s computers. Aggravating.
What I want to know is how you’re working with the latest PPro CC2015.3 and Speedgrade. When I tried it neither would accept files worked on with the other program. I actually uninstalled Speedgrade because it is now useless. Unless it only does that on my PC. Just to bring things full circle 😉

Son of a gun. That’s a recent improvement. I know I used to try before to find stuff and unless I was searching the actual folder it was in, it wouldn’t find it.
