Quicktime 7.2 is indeed available for Windows, it’s installed on most of our machines. Be sure you’ve installed the entire app, not just the read components.

In the COMMAND dropdown, you should have:

Loop
Activate Button

In the “End Action,” set it up so that the introductory media either Holds or Loops. This prevents the next component from playing.

Should be no problem. I haven’t worked with the 110U in a long, long time, but the 24p native support of 8 should work fine with it.

DV is DV whether it’s wrapped in an AVI container or a .mov container, the codec remains the same.

Holding the CTRL Key works great for fine-tuning, but it won’t help re-grab the envelope when it’s down in the weeds. I wish it did. I don’t find this a big pain, because I either draw my envelopes with a mixer, or else I use Shift to draw, but they are kinda hard to grasp when they’re down in the very low parts of the track.

I’ve actually pretty much quit using WAVES. GREAT products. Super-sh** service since they closed their US offices and moved everything to Israel, IMO. I can’t get my dongles to work on any system any longer. Can’t say enough bad about where WAVES is today. they don’t respond to phone calls nor emails. I was in Tel Aviv recently, and couldn’t even arrange for a quick visit to their offices.

iZotope’s Ozone however…is a great replacement, it’s affordable, sexy and fun to open in front of a client, US-supported with real people on the phone that are actually in Mass…Just bought their new noise redux tool as well.
We’ve been licensing the iZotope products for VASST software for a few years now, but I kept using WAVES out of habit, and Ozone was the “other” go-to tool. WAVES isn’t even installed on my primary editing machine, and with my new laptop

Tear off the docking windows, place them where you’d liek them.

Not clear on what your workflow is. I have an SR12, and the files open correctly. Another user in another community reported a problem, he posted files from his SR12, everyone was able to open the MTS files as well. What is “PMB?”
Are you opening from the card or from a hard drive?
