Where is the FW 800 card installed?
How are you configured? I bet you have a bus conflict with the Mojo. -

There is no file size limit in modern Windows – has not been since Windows 98. It is likely you where using an old file format.

The numbers are reversed. I think the author or printer reversed the storage requirements of HDCAM and HDCAM SR. The data rate is correct however.

HDCAM is 135 Mb/s and 440 for HDCAM SR.
But this is MOOT. You cannot capture HDCAM in its native digital format. You can only take it via HD-SDI or SD downconvert. From there it is up to your NLE to decide which compression you want – like uncompress HD or recompress again to DVC Pro HD. -

Tip- Adrenaline interface moves much faster if you switch the video to Preview Quality. You get more RT streams and scrubbing is quicker. Difference in quality is actually much less than I expected.

Yes Multicam is working fine – even with mixed formats.

The EDC board is probably too old too support 1920 x 1080. I think you need at least 128 MB of video memory to do it.
You can go higher 1024×768. I have gone as high as 1280×1024 but you may get the Frame Advance error warning.
1152×876 works though. -
You don’t need a dual-head card, just one that supports the resolution.
NVidia Quadro card should be your choice.
Also, the Composer Window monitor must be driven by the EDC card. You can’t use the second output of the system video card to drive the second monitor.
Unless you are talking about 3 monitors? That I have never tried.
