    Hi Edward,

no no, i wasn’t talking to you nor referring to your own comments. I thank you for your comments about laptops. Thank-you very much! When I had posted I guess I clicked on the wrong link. My apologies.

sorry, i tried to remove any message signature to my last posting after editing my profile, but it didn’t work. I’ll try here again to make sure it doesn’t come up. I’ve been to a lot of editing forums – there’s another one that some vegas users use. I have never been treated the way the last person spoke to me. I think I may stop coming to creative cow

I’m not advertising or making a profit. I’m having fun with fellow Vegas users. Is there something wrong with you? If you’re some type of lawyer, then why don’t you email me personally and let’s have a good ‘ol chat, kapish?

And how about adding your 2 cents worth to notebook computers and using Vegas. I hope I’m not violating any laws by saying “Vegas

Thank-you very much for your help, Edward! It worked! I went into a Windows file and directed it to the Vegas program, and everything is back to normal. Yeeeehawwww!

Sorry, I broke down and went to see the Dukes of Hazzard movie, and now I have to holler like a hill billy! yeeehawwww!

Thanks so much! I’ve restored that part of it back to normal.

Now my next question. My veg files used to have that capital “V” right before the name of the vile. Now the “V” is replaced by some other type of icon. What has happened? I’ve look on the net and in my manual (found my manual) and can’t find anything on it.

That fer darn sure! I make most of my money doing funerals. And the nice thing, is, it’s not seasonal work like weddings are 😉 I do mostly tons of video montages that they play at the funerals.

Thanks for the info! That’s good to know. I haven’t purchased Vegas 6 yet, because I heard it had lots of holes and bugs in it. But from what I’m hearing from you, that doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore, or if it ever was!

Thank-you so much for your response — helps out greatly. I’m just learning PhotoShop, and I tried a couple pictures in there, downsizing, then rendering, and it worked! Yahoo! Thank-you for also telling me about how our names appear in Red only on our own posts 🙂

You will need to use your photo editing program to downsize the images. Many allow batch processing so you may be able to do them all at once.
