You’ll have real problems in finding a 3D-software that is able to render at this resolution.
Cinema 4D is limited up to 15.000 pixels, 3dsmax afaik to 9000, but I’m not sure about that.
Why don’t you do that zoom in the 3D app?

If you plan to track footage in AE and bring this camera to C4D, then you’d better use a standalone tracking software, like SynthEyes (https://www.ssontech.com), for example.
