have you tried allowing Encore to automatically transcode for you?, it does a satisfactory job of it all on it’s own,

what it means is that you can link your button to play a timeline clip and then use the “Button Transistion” option to play a small .avi file of your choosing which in turn will then play the choosen video file that the button was orginally linked to……

use “Google” and type in as follows “adam kampia encore tutorials” (without the quotes), click on the first search result which will take you to another page and then just locate the “Encore with After Effects” recorded by Adam Kampia. hope this helps

if you have a short “intro movie” then set the “intro’s” end action to go to the menu that you have specified as the “main menu”, or if you just want the speicified “Main Menu” to show first after the disc has been inserted then just right click on this menu and then select “set as first play”
