I agree, I guess right now I am more interested in who is using a device at the present moment.

Is anybody using camera or deck that use a HDMI connector? Please reply and also let me know if support for this is something you are interested in on Media 100.

Settings? What are your audio settings? It sounds like you have a loop through problem or some setting incorrectly set on your output device. Make sure to match your audio selections in Media 100 to your output selections on your deck or camera. The hasn’t been a report of this problem.

Export as a powerlog, and add the audio tracks in the text file that is created. Then reimport. You’ll have to follow the exact format outlined in the Media 100 manual.

Check your user permissions, or the specific permissions on the file that you are trying to close.

    Dave,

Are you using the 8-core machines? If you are we have a fix for this for 11.6.2 which is gold candidate and should be released in a few days.

So many things have changed in Media 100 since we released Media 100i. There has been years and years of improvements. The slow rendering that you point out was because of the hardware limitations of the Media 100i system. There was a time where the rendering on the P6000 was faster than the computer rendering a file. Years ago we moved to host based rendering and processing. So, the faster your computer’s processor, the faster you render. Also, remember that you can still use your legacy documents in your new Media 100 system. If you want more specifics, I can spell them out here, but I also urge you to contact our sales department. They are well versed in Final Cut and Media 100 and can answer any questions you may have and there is no high pressure sales involved. 1-800-922-3220

Yes, I just googled this the other day. Give it a shot, I think Pioneer makes one.

I know this doesn’t help you right now, but we are working on a 11.6.2 version which does fix some issues with Graffiti, FX and RED. This version is expected to be released in about 2 weeks. Sorry about the mix up of information. We’ll try to reproduce this at the office, if you do crash and get the bug reporter window, make sure you submit this to us and type in crash from COW Videoguy so we know it’s your problem.

    Thanks and sorry for inconvenience

Check your drive creation dates. If you have 2 drives that are created at the very exact time as each other (say-if you create an array of multiple partitions) this could cause this problem.
