I’m trying to do a similar thing, a flag attached to a pole through a three cloth belt tags, but when I animate the pole (it needs to slide fast from right to left) it always go on a diagonal movement, instead of just side to side and the flag ends up wrapped around the pole.

Can anyone help?

I recently posted in a similar thread about this, and then found this one, so sorry for the double posting.

I’m having trouble making compsetter work in CC but it always work fine in CS6, Several unlocked layers and precompositions aren’t being extended beyond their original duration. I made sure I’m selecting my main comp in the projects panel.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I always used CompSetter up until CS6 and worked fine every time, I mostly used it only to extend the duration of the composition and the nested ones. Today I tried it in CC and found out that it’s not extending all the layers in the comp and none of the nested comps.
Anyone has experienced this? Is it related to CC?

Can anyone help me change the mini flowchart shortcut to Tab as it is in CC? I started a project last week in CC and became so used to it, that I’m now having a lot of trouble back in CS6 and I’m always clicking shift instead of tab, I looked at the shortcuts file but couldn’t find anything related to the mini flowchart, anyone knows what’s the name of such feature in the shortcuts file?

Hey Kevin, this works nice for a one dimension loop, like rotation, but could you help me to adapt the expression to work with a 3 dimension array, like position x,y and z?

I’m running into this issue with rgb files, yesterday the project was working fine on a pc, today I tried to open the same file on a mac and all the links are broken, when trying to reassign them by hand I’m getting this error with most of the files, regardless of them being .jpg, .tif or even .mov

Another quick question related to Xrefs, I don’t know what I did, but when I reopened my file one of my Xrefs still looks fine and gives me the options for it in the attributes manager while the other one still shows the little x’s right next to each object inside it but the main one is no longer an Xref but a null, I can still revise it and have the revisions reflected inside the file if I go to Create>Xref>Xref manager, but I can’t have the original Xref menu in the attributes panel anymore, how can I revert back to that or what did I do to lose that functionality?
