Set the anchor point to be in the physical center of the layer, exactly where you want the axis–or axes– of rotation to be. If you need to change the position of the anchor point, you can do it instantly with hold keyframes and the pan behind tool.

You could also precompose the layer and set an anchor point on the new comp that is compeltely different from the anchor of the original layer.

suggest you hit versiontracker and search for disk inventory, directory management, that kind of thing. There are many such apps and they all have different strengths.

You can also search the OS10 help system for hints or tips. Leopard offers some interesting options but Xcel compatibility doesn’t seem likely.

Should be able to batch in Compressor. it’s also possible to use a watch folder in Compressor. See page 227.

Call DIVX. Just because you bought your copy and registered it properly, doesn’t mean your computer has figured it out. Maybe you updated and forgot to enter the serial again, dunno.

AFAIK, their watermark only appeared when working with demo copies of their older pro versions. You may have inadvertently downgraded your pro version to an earlier rev.

They have a low traffic user forum but no one from DIVX seems to post:

Look under Distort? The two humble Fisheye effects have a range that goes negative. It’s not as good as a real lens or optical correction algorithm but it might do the job for you.

Jeremy, I bow to your knowledge of Compressor and Qmaster’s finer points. But, man, you gotta admit, that is one totally obscure thing to to know let alone how to fix.
