I have a series of drives on my desktop, would like to print out content on paper.
Remember using excel to do this, can’t remember the steps needed to import folder names into excel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

suggest you hit versiontracker and search for disk inventory, directory management, that kind of thing. There are many such apps and they all have different strengths.

You can also search the OS10 help system for hints or tips. Leopard offers some interesting options but Xcel compatibility doesn’t seem likely.

    good luck in your search.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

    David:

Thanks for the info. I remember doing the Cow M100 forums with you years ago.

I use this to keep track of the media on 40+ drives:

It allows you to search for contents when they are offline. Couldn’t live without it.
