I read all the posts through here ever day. You guys have a pretty fast trigger finger in here and most of the stuff gets answered very quickly.

Select the clip.
use the copy command
Select all the shots in the timeline
Use the right click PASTE ATTRIBTES COMMAND.
Viola.

You could save yourself a lot of hassle by investing in this software and having it installed on your server.
Your client gets Timecode, any frame size and the ability to make notes on the fly, print and e-mail.

You need to change to NON DROP FRAME TIMECODE.
THis is easily achieved by changing the SEMI COLON ; to a COLON :
The clip ending at 59;29 is actaully more accurate to “clock” time because drop frame TIme code was invented to emulate “exact” clock time. NON DROP results in clips being longer than clock time.

Is it possible that you have engaged the digital zoom. Like you zoomd past where the camera would let you zoom optically? It seems to me like the artifacts from this shot show up when you are using the Digital Zoom.
Also, lighting will play a factor. It seems like this is shot with available flourescent lighting. A small LED light on the face might to a lot to punch up this shot.

You would not be able to open the FCP project file. our best chance would be to try an older version of XML.
EXPORT XML
try to IMPORT XML in older version of FCPThe project file itself is not backwards compatible.

Why not change your sequence audio to 44.1 and the bit depth the iphone shoots.
Ot just render it. It might take a whole 20 seconds. 🙂
