For what it’s worth—If you don’t need what V11 offers I wouldn’t upgrade now. I’ve been on this forum for several years now and I’ve never seen so many problems posted when a new version of vegas has come out as there are currently. I’m going to wait until the dust settles myself, but that’s just me!

    Thanks

Dave–thanks so much for the information, I really appreciate it. From what you’re saying it sounds like if we get the full version of Nero we should be able to handle what we need to do?

    Thanks

November 16, 2011 at 1:39 am in reply to: How would I accomplish this?

Matt, thanks for your response. The reason I wanted to have it rendered before importing into other projects is because it will be placed several times with different key-frames set for each time it is used. I would like to just have one video file that I can scale, move, etc. The clip length will only be about 5 seconds so the file size may not be a problem if I render it as you say above (avi with alpha channel).

    Thanks

Alex, Did you ever solve this problem? I seem to be having the same issue with glitches in some of the transitions.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the info Jay.

I’ve read what you mentioned about the zoom. Do you know if the fix is going to be an actual physical fix to the camera or a firmware type of fix?

With no ND filter, is that something that I can correct in Vegas when I’m editing?

    Thanks

John–Well I thought that was my last question 🙂

Can you please tell me how much video run time do you get on a 25gb Bluray disc and what are the preferred brands to use?

    Thanks

[John Rofrano] “It sounds like you may have dropped both onto your menu. You only need to drop one and the other will follow. (i.e., just drop the video file and it will have audio by default)”

That was it John–I thought I needed to to drop both, but not so.

Thanks so much for your help John, it is very much appreciated.

    Thanks
