FileJuicer ($17.95) will extract all the image files from PDF’s and save in one folder as TIFFS – https://echoone.com/filejuicer/

Try deleting the key file > Library/Application Support/ProApps/Final Cut Studio System ID

Empty the Trash, FCP should then ask for your serial next time you run it.

I took the plunge 2 days ago, I had a rock solid 10.7.5 system and was going to stay with it but updated to Mountain Lion to solve a minor problem with DVDSP (see the Cow DVDSP forum for details). I did clone my 10.7.5 system before the upgrade just in case but all FCP apps and others working fine, I did have a problem with ML and eSata drivers. but downloading and installing an older version from Silicon Image (v1.2.5.0) solved it.

I had this happen with a G5, took a generic cheap 3 xFireWire input PCI card from a PC and installed it in a spare slot, worked a treat.

No problem here on ML 10.8.2 & FCP 7.0.3, all installed and working fine (considering the age of some of them!).

Livetype works fine on Lion, either drag the .pkg off the FCP6 disks or use Pacifist. Had to work it out when I upgraded to 7 then had some LT titles from an older project to change.
