woops, that refers to the comp width, not the layer width and will work only if your layer is the same size as the comp..
just need to swap that part out

anyway, if you are adding 300 to the anchor numerically, just do the same to the position

if you are typing in a value to the anchor point, just type the opopsite value in to the position.
though, since you say you have 100 of them, you caould probably write a simple expression to do so

are you rendering eith fields?

you could do it with expresions… and there is now an expressions forum here just a couple clicks away

what format is your edit?
if its already in the qt 10bit 422 codec then that would be your best bet.
make sure that you have the recompress frames unchecked (i dont have fcp, but the option is named something like that)if not your best bes is probably QT NONE, but it really depends on your source
