Maybe try downloading the .dmg from Adobe Labs again. Possibly something got corrupted in the download? I installed it on my Mac Pro with no problems.

I also was unable to put in my serial number to make it work. I don’t know if it has something to do with the serial number being that it is part of our maintenance agreement set with Adobe?

I have a valid beta SN from Adobe, but I can’t even get as far as installing the app.

Yep, PS3 (and Bridge) works fine.

Adobe AECS3 and Photoshop Beta won’t work together, it says in the release notes you must first uninstall the Photoshop Beta. Not sure about Soundboth but it may be the same case.

I uninstalled the Photoshop Beta and AE is working for me. Instaled no problems.
