I’ve looked but haven’t found a way to do this very obvious effect…

I’d like to create a video wall made up of the same clip… Basically, a 10X10 row of the same video, 15X15, 20X20, whatever… But I’d obviously like to avoid creating a comp of 100, 225, or 400 layers, painstakingly placed into position.

Is there a plug-in that will do this for me, or a quick and easy method? I thought AE had a repeater that could duplicate footage like this, but so far I haven’t found it. Thanks!

Use Motion Tile. Tweak the “tile Width” & “Tile Height” settings. It’ll do it all with one layer.
