    I’m editing in FCP and I want to do some Keying in After Effects. What is the best export format. My guess in Uncompressed 10 bit 4:2:2

    what format is your edit?

    if its already in the qt 10bit 422 codec then that would be your best bet.
    make sure that you have the recompress frames unchecked (i dont have fcp, but the option is named something like that)

    if not your best bes is probably QT NONE, but it really depends on your source
