i think there is a tutorial or article here if you search, but to get your camera from maya to afx you want to bake its animation, and then save it as a maya .ma file.
you can then import this in to after effects and it will have your camera in a new comp

have you checked to see if there are any layers that are shy?
besides that, if everything looks correct, and you chek all your renders, i woudlnt wory about it.

an easy way may be to stabilze the layer, and the and adjust your mask as necessary

this is a feature that has been asked for a long time.
2 workarounds.
do your tracking on a null and your roto on a solid, then parent the solid to the null, and use the sold as a track matte.
option 2 is if you want to apply trackers to the individual mask points.
there is a script out there (you could probably find it if you search here even) that will do just that.who is that masked man…
