trapcode soundkeys will give you the most flexibility.
you can try doing it with AE’s covert sound to keyframes assistant.
tie that to the needles rotation with expressions and you’re set.

you’d want to do this procedurally.
there are many ways.you could simply load up a hue/saturation. jump to the yellow channel and tweak the color up to where you want it and adjust the channel range to affect the areas you want.
ae pro – you could do a similar thing in color finesse but using its 2ndary color correction tools
you could try pulling a key or building a matte of the color you want ot affect and use a color effect such as hue saturation to adjust that area.

bet you cant wait to work with prores422…the only codec i can think of that apple sells is the mpeg2 playback.

open in QT pro and export to avi, none for codec and your set

if i understand correctly, you want to make a loop once you get back around to the 360 point?

in the project window select the 14 targa sequences, drag them to the new comp button.
select single com, check sequence layers, make sure overlap is unchecked.then use this comp as your master footage layer in whatever else you are doing
