Think of it like a master fader section on an audio console, where you can set master level,pan, add any audio and video effects and all of these will effect everything in the project.

The MB needs an x58 or P55 chip set, that one doesn’t have either. Can’t use the Shuttle with it.

There are 3 effects in each audio track effect chain and these are by default on, but their parameters are set to no effect. You can uncheck these if your not using them but I have never heard them make artifacts. Also if they sound fine in Sound Forge, then make sure your Vegas audio device and parameters match that of SF.If your machine is at the edge of it’s CPU usage in Vegas, your sound card drivers or track buffers might be causing them. Vegas Pro 8c sees .mts files. If your version doesn’t see them try streamclip. it’s free.

You can also set your loop points to contain only the video you want rendered, and check render looped region only on the render as window.

Sounds like there’s been a codec change. can you find a windows restore point, right before this happened?

Just uncheck the effect in the effect chain.

Is your source video 50 fps? If not Try one of the .wmv presets that match your file res and framerate.

If you can find an old version of Cool Edit 1, it comes with a noise reduction filter that works better than any others I’ve tried.
Same thing though, you need a fairly large section of just the noise, 5 to 15 sec works fine. -
You will have a hard time getting help on illeagle BR rips here on the Cow. On the other hand, I have a camera that captures 1080 60p with 5.1 surround sound in the .mts format. If I set my project settings, audio tab, to 5.1 and put one of my files on the timeline, 3 stereo tracks show up with the video track. I can seperate these stereo tracks into six mono tracks as well.
