You can right click on an audio event and under switches is normalize, if the event needs it. Don’t believe you can normalize a whole project without rendering it first. You can add a compressor in the master effects bin to help get more volume without clipping too. Hope this helps, Danny

I can reneder 1080i to WMV, with all the normal templates, from 1080, 720P down to 28.8 kbts, So I would try what John said and remove the K-lite codec. You can send me a small sample of your 720P video and let me see what I can get. danhays2004@yahoo.com

Wow, I just tried the same thing and it locked up to. But if I leave my audio devices as Microsoft Sound Mapper and it selected in Windows as it’s audio device it works. My Firepod has been updated with the FP10 firmware. Hope this helps, Danny

You can capture direct to disk if that’s what you mean, but you still have to add them to the time line. SD and HDV only.

If the camera doesn’t move, you can use PIP and have the pics cover the window, and her hand would still be behind the pics. Besides the chromakey filter in Vegas doesn’t work well with DV footage due to the 4.1.1. color space. Putting a Chromablur filter set to medium before the chromakey helps alot. If you do re-shoot with green paper, make sure it is flat as in not shiny and is wrinkle free.

What are you doing with the second track? PIP? blending? both take processing power. you can set the preview to preview-auto and that will help. Danny

you can check Progressive in your project properties, select blend if there’s fast moving video or interpolate if not. That works for me. Danny

a. Add an delay effect to the audio track or event.
b. Add a reverb effect to same as above.
c. Add an equilizer effect to the audio track or event and lowerer the high requencies to your desired sound.

I don’t believe so, but turning down your speakers sounds pretty easy.
