I don’t even think the rotobrush will help you here. The veil on her head and sky are blown out. Not sure if you tried color correcting to see if you could get any additional info back, but I think it is probably too over exposed. You could try to manually rotoscope, but the computer can’t differentiate the veil and sky and I’d be surprised if you could while going frame by frame.
There’s no way to isolate the foreground and background when both are essentially pure white.

Can you give more info? It is very unclear what your shots are and what you are having trouble with.
If you shot something twice, sync the layers on top of each other and mask where you want. If there is motion you could try using time remapping to match the timing, but that is hit or miss.

Use the Pan Behind tool to move your anchor point to where you want the axis to be.

You could use Trapcode Particular. CC Particle world might also work, but would be a bit tricker.

Assuming your file has an alpha channel, use Layer –> Auto-trace.

ProRes is a Quicktime codec (find it in Format Options). DNxHD is also found under Quicktime in After Effects, though it can also be exported as MXF through Adobe Media Encoder. Both are good lossless codecs to use as intermediate or master files before compressing.

Is H.265 an option? You can render larger resolutions with that codec. If you need h.264, try creating an intermediate out of After Effects (ProRes or DNxHD) and then create your mp4 from that. Maybe that would solve it.

Not sure how to do that in Cinema 4D. But you could use this free script to create your 3D box or other shape, double-click the Rectangle tool to add a mask around each layer, and then add the Vegas or Stroke effect to get your outlines.
Element 3D also has a wireframe setting if you had access to it.

You can nest your TV screen footage and use the Corner Pin effect to make it the size and shape you want. To change out the footage, replace the footage in your nested sequence. If you need more than one at a time, duplicate your nested sequence in the project window and use “Replace with Clip” to swap it out.
