You need to be sure you’ve deinterlaced, the best method is by using the option in Frame Controls

FI you are playing the clips back on the same system that has CS3 on then it’s likely the player has a problem with the huge datarate of uncompressed video. Have you tried taking the clips back in to CS3?

Errm, did you apply any deinterlacing in compressor?
P.S. you probably need to make the frame size 640×480 not 486

though WME seemed to be a little more pleasing on faces — less harsh
You’re probably just seeing the differences in Gamma between the two platforms.

I’m fairly sure the MPEG-2 component is installed with FCS/Compressor
