You missed it! Before 2 came out you could upgrade an Academic version to a full-blown Studio version. They did this for over a year. In an effort to control piracy so I hear but that was your opportunity.

Yeah I watched the show last night. They only had 24hrs to complete the project. I don’t think the had access to green screen.

The same happened to me and I realize that it was a demo of Shake that I had downloaded. Once I trashed all Shake related files, it opened fine. It probably has nothing to do with your problem but just thought I would throw it out there.

Because they are excited about the new product and it’s new features. There may be a lull in work and they will have the time to play. All due respect Walter, we all don’t think like you and your post won’t change anyone’s enthusiasm for FCS 2. You don’t really have to respond to every post.

It’s your Quicktime. The requirements say 7.1.5. Update to that and 10.4.9 and your good to go. I had to do the same thing.
