    Hi,

    Nice effect, it looks like the foreground (frozen) clips were shot on a green screen then comped onto the bacvkground plates. As each shot was static and non movement apart from the bike shot which would be animating the position keyframes and adding some motion blue to compt it into the shot.

    Or it might of been a mask around the actual person etc then just then had the background dropped in. I think it is the mask around the person then dropped in.

    Notice all of the shots with VFX were locked down. They shot each shot twice. Once with the actors & once with the “Frozen” objects. Then masked out the frozen objects and composited over the original footage.

    Yeah I watched the show last night. They only had 24hrs to complete the project. I don’t think the had access to green screen.
