Why are they all on individual sequences ?
Put them all on the same sequence in the desired order and export once only.

ALT KEY – DRAG Head or Tail of Audio or Video part of clip.

I suspect you are seeing “speed ramps”.
Not achievable in PremPro without a plugin such as Twixtor or you can do it in AE with time/speed remapping.
BTW: Very surprised PREMPRO 2 did not include this.

Sorry gents. You are correct. YOu can not save a standard PremPro Transition as a preset.
I confused my Saved Matrox Transition Presets and a couple of Effects Presets I had built and saved as transitions. eg ‘Camera Flash’ and ‘dip to white’

Save it as a preset and use the preset

NO that would not be possible because the timeline is effectively an alpha chanel
Why not just Create a White (or whatever color) matte and lay it on Video Track one as long as you need it for then Work on vid tracks above
