I really like Premiere Pro 2.0, but I really got used to toggling between windows using Control + Tab. Does anyone have a work around? I miss it so.

    Ragnar & Craig,

I sure hope someone has a work around. I’m not using PPro yet, but almost certainly will be by mid-year. By rights a pro NLE should have individual keyboard shortcuts to address the focus of each window, but to not have at least a toggle that cycles focus through the windows is really a slam at the pro editor.

    Unacceptable!

By being able to focus windows individually from the keyboard, you can program keyboard mapping to double, triple or even quadruple the effect of individual quick keys and cut way down on the number of impossibly complex multi keystroke combination quick keys.

I agree. Repetitive motion stress forced me to wean myself from overuse of my mouse, and now it looks as if I have to go back to it again. That’s too bad. Good ‘ol Cntrl + Tab, we miss you.
