    I came to that conclusion by looking at the source and the exported copy at full quality. The source was clearly better focused and more clear. I will try the Sheer codec and let you guys know.

    I figured out my problem which might help you though they look to me as different problems. My problem was that my capture was set to a USB 2.0 drive that was not fast enough to capture video to. It can edit video fine just it can’t import, so I imported to my internal HD and then dragged and dropped to the external. Everything works now.

    Three point light. Simple, easy, fast. Not so creative but great for something like this and put some CTO on the back light to give a nice effect.
