Yeah, I dont own the adapter yet but I am going somewhere on Tuesday that does have all the components and I will test it out and see if it works or not. I’ll let you know.

What do you mean the extended desktop? And let me ask you this, is there a way to input/output video to my DVD deck that costs less than $100? I am a student and very pressed for funds.

iMac w/ Final Cut Pro 5 –> EyeTV Hybrid USB input/output devoce –> Panasonic SA-HT75 DVD deck –> Monitor and 5.1 surround sound

What about running through a tape deck? How does quality compare? Thats how it is done at the Access station I work at. And that is one way I’ve done it before at home.
