Thanks for the reply. I gave MacOSaiX a try, and it allows you to import picutres to fill the mosaic, which is cool, but I’m looking for something that will let me use the numbers 0 and 1 instead of pics. Any ideas on how I could do that?

Hey, mixdown worked perfectly. I’ve never used that command before, but then again I’ve never tried exporting a sequence with so many audio tracks (12). Do you do this each time before export? Anyway, thanks so much for the tip, I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out the problem.

Thanks for the advice. I thought it would be a workflow something like this, but was at a loss. That plug in sounds like just what I was missing. Thanks again.

My first instinct was CC sphere, and i created one, but am not sure how to get the texture from the picture transferred to the sphere. My instincts here suggest Texturize (seems obvious), but in my initial attempts this didn’t work.

Format is DV. I just played a different sequence, with all the same settings, and for some reason this one plays back perfectly in synch on both my monitor and my computer screen.

If I turn off field dominance, will I have problems displaying the video for broadcast? I was under the impression that NTSC video for broadcast is always interlaced, and that I get around that with 30p because 30p isn’t truly progressive, that in fact there is no such thing as truly progressive in the world of DV.

I’m using the second way you described, dragging the original 16×9 sequence into a 4×3 sequence. They are video clips.

I think that I’m doing exactly as you are describing. The problem is that just a few of the anamorphic clips in the timeline won’t letterbox even after I drag them into my 4×3 timeline. All but two behave exactly as they should. Any idea why this would be?
