Import motion project problems…
I imported a motion project into FCP HD without a problem. Then, after going back into Motion and changing a few elements I go back into FCP, and the project has updated in my browser. In other words when I double click the project file in my browser it plays back correctly in the viewer. Also when I double click the Motion project in the timeline and watch it in the viewer it plays back correctly. However when I simply play through my timeline the old version still plays back in my canvas? Any ideas what I could do, or why this would happen?

Sounds like Your timeline is playing an old render file. Simply force it to re-render by dragging the opacity bar down & up.
